Owner/Manager Scott Visger is a civil engineer with extensive experiences in all types of commercial and residential projects. Scott began his career spending many years with a large national contractor in various states on many projects ranging from Hotels, Hospitals, Laboratories/Research Facilities, Office Buildings, High-rise Condos and Lodging/Conference Centers. Most recently Scott was Co-Owner/President of his own small construction company for 20 years based out of Brighton, MI during which the company, under Scott’s leadership, designed/built hundreds of finely crafted custom homes, additions and remodel projects in addition to being general contractor/construction manager on many small-medium commercial projects including new warehouses, office remodels, restaurants as well as dozens of medical office projects.
